First, please confirm whether the drain opening beneath the tub is enclosed. If it remains open, we recommend sealing it off to help reduce condensation buildup.
If your drain is enclosed, we can suggest applying spray foam insulation in the open space beneath the tub. This helps retain heat and prevents warm air from meeting cooler air, which can cause condensation. Canned spray foam is safe to use with our tubs, regardless of brand, as the tub's structural integrity will not be affected.
Lastly, placing a dehumidifier in the area can further help manage excess moisture and prevent future condensation issues.
