Step 1: Verify your delivery team documented the item as missing on the Delivery Manifest/Cover Sheet.


Step 2: Email Jetta Warranty at warranty@jettacorp.com  with the information below. 

    Attach a copy or image of the manifest/cover sheet showing the missing product notation.

    The missing product's item number.

    The original purchase order (PO) number.

    The lot number, if available.
