  1. Storage Condition: Ensure that your Jetta product has been stored in a dry, sheltered area, away from any elements that could cause damage.

  2. Installation Check: If your Jetta product is installed, please confirm that the acrylic surface is free from any chips or cracks.

  3. Product Type: Please let us know if your product is a soaker or a system tub.

With this information, we can determine whether the soft-bottom issue is related to a defect or damage.

  • For soaker products: If your product has been exposed to the elements or has visible cracks or chips, the soft bottom is likely due to damage to the Hexacomb board.

  • For soaker or whirlpool products: If the product hasn’t been affected by environmental exposure or physical damage, the soft-bottom issue may stem from a defect in our curing process.
