Storage Condition: Ensure that your Jetta product has been stored in a dry, sheltered area, away from any elements that could cause damage.
Installation Check: If your Jetta product is installed, please confirm that the acrylic surface is free from any chips or cracks.
Product Type: Please let us know if your product is a soaker or a system tub.
With this information, we can determine whether the soft-bottom issue is related to a defect or damage.
For soaker products: If your product has been exposed to the elements or has visible cracks or chips, the soft bottom is likely due to damage to the Hexacomb board.
For soaker or whirlpool products: If the product hasn’t been affected by environmental exposure or physical damage, the soft-bottom issue may stem from a defect in our curing process.
