Thank you for your inquiry!

Several factors could keep the pump from turning on.

In a quiet bathroom, press the button and listen for the clicking of the relay. If you hear a click, then the pump is receiving the signal to turn on but is not receiving electrical power.

Go to your electrical panel and reset the breaker marked for this bathroom.

If you still do not have power to the pump, check inside your access panel under the tub to see if the GFCI outlet has been tripped. Confirm that the receptacle works by plugging in a hairdryer or light you know works.

If the receptacle is operational, please contact Jetta at sales@jettacorp.com for additional support.

If the receptacle is not functional, try the reset button on the outlet or contact your electrician.

If your Jet motor will not turn off, you can turn off the breaker marked for the whirlpool at the electrical panel to stop your tub and contact Jetta at sales@jettacorp.com for additional support.
