We are happy to help. Please see the troubleshooting steps below. 


1. Test your outlet to the blower. Is it working on other products (such as a hair dryer.)? 

2. Make sure the black keypad cable is still connected to the back of the blower and to the back of the keypad. 


If you've done the above steps, please continue to the hard reset below. 

- Unplug the blower from the outlet. 

- Unplug the black keypad cable from the back of the blower. 

- Let it rest for 5-10 mins. 

- Replug the keypad cable back into the blower and the blower back into the outlet. 

- If the reset were a success, all lights would flash before displaying one green light.
