WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

The Jetta standard warranty is not transferable and limited to the original owner.

Jetta Corporation reserves the right, at its option, to a) repair or replace the defective unit, b) repair or replace the defective components, or c) replace with an equal-valued unit. 


This warranty may not be amended by any party other than Jetta Corporation, and this remains the sole warranty for Jetta Corporation baths.


This warranty covers only factory-installed accessories. 


WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Jetta Corporation warranties do not cover defects due to shipping damage, installation errors, use other than intended purposes, abuse, misuse, failure to provide maintenance and/or cleaning as directed in the Owner’s Manual, accident, or acts of God.


Any modifications, alterations, or customization made by an unauthorized service representative or without authorization by Jetta Corporation will result in the warranty becoming null and void. 

This warranty does not cover costs associated with installation, removal, or installation of replaced unit. 


This warranty does not include freight charges associated with returning components or units for repair or freight charges associated with replacing components or units. 


The warranty does not include any costs associated with electrical or plumbing modifications.


The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, including any other warranty of quality, express or implied, and any warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for any particular use.
