We are happy to help. Please try the troubleshooting steps below. 

• Test the outlet your pump is plugged into by plugging in a device you know is functioning. 
• When engaging your air button, do you hear clicking coming from your pump?
• Do you have to hold the button down to run the jets? 
• Check the red hose connection at the pump and the air button. Ensure there are no kinks in the red hose or anything restricting airflow through the hose.
• Has this been an issue since installation, or has it just started?
