We would be happy to help with this matter. We kindly request that you attempt the below troubleshooting steps:

 

Soft reset – This is available on our four-button keypads. 

- Hold the two top buttons down simultaneously for 10 secs or until all lights go dark. 

- Let it rest for 30 secs. 

- Hold down the two top buttons simultaneously again until all lights flash. 

- If the reset was a success, all lights would flash before displaying one green light

- If you still receive a red light, please see below for directions on a hard reset.


Hard reset – The hard reset will be done at the blower motor.

- Unplug the blower from the outlet. 

- Unplug the black keypad cable from the back of the blower. 

- Let it rest for 5-10 mins. 

- Replug the keypad cable back into the blower and the blower back into the outlet. 

- If the reset was a success, all lights would flash before displaying one green light
