We would be happy to help with this matter. We kindly request that you attempt the below troubleshooting steps for a hard reset. 

- Unplug the blower from the outlet. 

- Unplug the black keypad cable from the back of the blower. 

- Let it rest for 5-10 mins. 

- Replug the keypad cable back into the blower and the blower back into the outlet. 

- If the reset were a success, all lights would flash before displaying one green light.
