We are happy to help you resolve the issue of your freestanding unit losing water. Please follow these steps:
Check the Cap Gasket: Ensure the cap gasket is installed correctly. For reference, see the attached image showing the correct orientation.
Test the Drain Basket Gasket: Use a rubber stopper to test the drain basket gasket. If the tub is able to hold water with the rubber stopper in place, this indicates an installation issue. In this case, it may be a warranty issue with your installer. Please review the video provided for guidance on identifying if the gasket is improperly placed or if plumber’s putty was used in place of the correct gasket.
Note: If plumber's putty was used, unfortunately, this would void the warranty.
